The AI Enablement Intern joins the System Owners team within Fan Care to scale and evolve an Agentic AI Framework designed to accelerate software delivery and operational workflows. Working at the intersection of enterprise technology and workflow strategy, you will define functional requirements, conduct qualitative research with internal partners, and translate business needs into actionable backlog items for engineering teams. You will develop documentation and playbooks to foster adoption while measuring impact through token efficiency and accuracy benchmarks. The role requires knowledge of Agentic AI architecture, including prompt orchestration and multi-agent frameworks, alongside familiarity with Agile methodologies and business requirement documents. Preferred technical skills include experience with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or OpenAI APIs, as well as RAG systems and markdown-driven agent prompt architectures to improve internal service delivery across the organization.
Define functional requirements, user stories, and workflow maps for a plug-and-play agentic framework.
Structure standardized skill layers and modular configurations to allow teams to customize agent logic.
Conduct qualitative research and workflow analysis with internal partners to identify automation opportunities.
Translate business and operational needs into actionable backlog items for engineering teams.
Create documentation, playbooks, and best-practice guides to drive the adoption of AI workflows.
Establish benchmarks to measure output accuracy, token efficiency, and productivity gains across teams.
What we're looking for
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Human-Computer Interaction, Artificial Intelligence, Product Management, or a related field (preferred).
Anticipated graduation date no earlier than December 2027 (preferred).
Conceptual knowledge about Agentic AI architecture including autonomous agents, tool usage, prompt orchestration, memory models, and multi-agent frameworks (preferred).
Familiarity with functional planning and delivery processes such as Agile methodologies, user personas, business requirement documents, and feature prioritization (preferred).
Curiosity about enterprise software development lifecycles, customer experience platforms, and modern IT operations (preferred).
Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks, APIs, agent builders, markdown-driven prompt architectures, RAG systems, or enterprise workflow tools like Jira and Confluence (preferred).
