The AI Database Developer - Consulting Technical Manager joins the consulting team to support Intelligence Community programs. In this hands-on technical role, you will design, develop, and optimize Oracle database solutions, data pipelines, and AI-enabled data platforms for enterprise-scale mission systems. You will translate complex requirements into secure, high-performing solutions by collaborating with architects, data scientists, and database administrators. Key responsibilities include implementing scalable data pipelines, managing geospatial data, and developing RAG workflows. Required technical skills include advanced SQL and PL/SQL, Python, shell scripting, and experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. You must also possess expertise in vector embeddings, JSON, graph data, containers, Kubernetes, and MCP to connect AI applications to approved data sources while ensuring rigorous data governance and secure handling.
Design, develop, and optimize Oracle database solutions and data pipelines for enterprise-scale mission systems.

What we're looking for
Must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
10 years of relevant experience in database development, data engineering, or ETL/ELT development for enterprise-scale systems.
Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Database solutions with advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills.
Experience designing scalable data pipelines, working with geospatial data, and handling various formats including relational, spatial, JSON, and graph.
Hands-on experience with vector embeddings, vector data types, similarity search, RAG workflows, and MCP for AI applications.
Experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), containers, Kubernetes, and proficiency in Python or shell scripting.
Experience supporting Intelligence Community systems, Oracle Spatial, Oracle AI Vector Search, and RESTful APIs (preferred).
