Consulting Technical Manager AI Database Developer

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and optimize Oracle database solutions and AI-enabled data platforms.
• Build scalable data pipelines including data transformation, validation, and operational monitoring.
• Implement AI-specific features such as vector embeddings, similarity search, and RAG workflows.
• Write advanced SQL and PL/SQL for stored procedures, complex queries, and performance tuning.
• Manage geospatial data including vector and raster formats and spatial indexing.
• Develop and maintain automated scripts using Python or shell scripting for data processing.
• Apply database security controls, auditing, and data governance for secure data handling.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and cloud platforms like OCI.

What we're looking for

• Must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10 years of relevant experience in database development, data engineering, or ETL/ELT development for enterprise-scale systems.
• Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Database solutions with advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• Experience designing scalable data pipelines, working with geospatial data, and handling various data formats including JSON and graph data.
• Hands-on experience with vector embeddings, similarity search, RAG workflows, and familiarity with MCP for AI applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), containers, Kubernetes, and proficiency in Python or shell scripting.
• Experience supporting Intelligence Community systems, Oracle Spatial, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines (preferred); relevant Oracle certifications (preferred).
