Consulting Technical Project Manager

What you'll do

• Lead the planning and delivery of enterprise mission systems, cloud modernization, and Oracle technology implementations.
• Coordinate technical execution and manage delivery commitments to meet customer mission needs and security requirements.
• Translate program objectives into executable plans while resolving dependencies across architects, engineers, and security specialists.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Operate in a SAFe Agile environment to manage backlogs, dependencies, release planning, and PI Planning.
• Use Jira and Confluence to track work, maintain documentation, and report meaningful delivery metrics.
• Lead customer status meetings and executive briefings to communicate risks, recovery plans, and critical decisions.
• Direct implementation readiness, including migration, testing, cutover, stabilization, and transition to operations.

What we're looking for

• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI eligibility with polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience designing, implementing, or supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure and mission systems.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional IT initiatives from initiation through implementation and transition to operations.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong technical fluency across enterprise architecture, infrastructure, security, software delivery, and operations.
• Experience operating in a SAFe Agile environment, including PI Planning, backlog management, and release planning.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence to manage delivery plans, track work, and report metrics.
