AI Automation Engineer - Network Security Governance
As a senior technical leader, you will define and advance the enterprise network security architecture and long-term cybersecurity strategy. You will drive innovation by modernizing governance processes, implementing Policy-as-Code and Process-as-Code methodologies, and leading initiatives to integrate AI-assisted workflows into network security functions. Your daily work involves partnering with engineering and risk teams to translate requirements into automated capabilities across hybrid infrastructures including on-premise data centers and multi-cloud platforms. You will utilize a technical stack featuring AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and software-defined networking. Required expertise includes next-generation firewalls like Palo Alto or Cisco, IDS/IPS technologies, and network protocols such as BGP and DNS. You will solve complex problems regarding security control effectiveness, risk-based decision-making, and automated compliance validation within a sophisticated, multi-cloud environment to ensure a resilient and scalable security posture.
Define and advance the enterprise network security architecture and long-term cybersecurity strategy.
Translate security requirements into scalable controls and automated governance capabilities for risk-based decision-making.
Implement Policy-as-Code and Process-as-Code methodologies to improve governance effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Develop automated methods for evaluating security controls, policy compliance, and governance outcomes.
Lead initiatives that leverage AI-assisted workflows to simplify complex analysis and enhance security outcomes.

Serve as the technical authority for network security design across data center, cloud, and hybrid environments.
What we're looking for
Must have 8+ years of experience in network security engineering or network infrastructure security.
Must have 8+ years of experience securing environments across AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and software-defined networking.
Must have 8+ years of hands-on experience with next-generation firewalls, IDS/IPS technologies, network protocols, packet analysis, VPNs, and micro-segmentation.
Must serve as a technical authority for network security architecture across data center, enterprise, and multi-cloud environments.
Experience developing AI-enabled automated approaches for policy evaluation, security governance, compliance validation, or risk analysis.
Experience implementing Policy-as-Code, Process-as-Code, or other engineering-led governance methodologies.
Experience defining metrics and measurement frameworks to demonstrate security control effectiveness and governance maturity.
Work authorization to be considered for this role.
