AI Analytic Developer

What you'll do

• Build and deploy production-ready AI agents and automated workflows for analytics and reporting tasks.
• Implement features such as SQL generation, pipeline scaffolding, and executive narrative creation using LLMs.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems, data platforms, and existing engineering workflows.
• Develop robust tool-calling patterns, validation logic, and retry handling for reliable agent execution.
• Build evaluation frameworks to test for hallucinations, grounding, and performance metrics in AI models.
• Design retrieval architectures using RAG, vector search, and hybrid search across enterprise knowledge bases.
• Optimize AI workflows for speed, cost efficiency, and maintainability while ensuring security against prompt injection.
• Establish standard APIs, schemas, and integration patterns to ensure consistent AI deployment across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience in Python, APIs, distributed systems, and production-grade applications.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-enabled or agentic AI solutions.
• Expertise in AI agents and workflow automation including tool calling, orchestration, and prompt management.
• Experience with enterprise GenAI and retrieval architectures such as RAG, vector search, and NL2SQL.
• Ability to build production-ready systems with evaluation frameworks, security controls, and performance optimization.
• Strong architecture skills to define reusable APIs, schemas, and engineering standards in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with OCI Generative AI or similar technologies is preferred.
