Provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams regarding product functionality, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Lead root cause analysis (RCA) activities for all AEO-driven issues across product lines.
Support quality escape management by coordinating with design and manufacturing teams on field plans and technical reviews.
Create and maintain technical documentation such as service bulletins, manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
Drive the review and implementation of Publication Change Requests (PCRs) and Interim Change Requests (ICRs).
Collaborate globally to provide guidance on field problem resolutions and corrective action implementation.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related STEM field from an accredited institution
5 years of experience in gas turbine operations, design, or systems engineering
Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
Experience leading or supporting root cause analysis (RCA) initiatives
Ability to drive projects to completion and manage timelines effectively
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration
