Adaptive Experience Designer

What you'll do

• Design adaptive user journeys that integrate secure microservices and Java-based components.
• Develop experience strategies that incorporate network security testing to reduce risk exposure.
• Translate complex network behaviors and security constraints into clear experience requirements.
• Create detailed experience blueprints mapping front-end behaviors to underlying microservices and Java logic.
• Conduct scenario-based evaluations to identify gaps in error handling, resilience, and data integrity.
• Define test scenarios to validate experience quality and secure transaction handling.
• Assess performance implications of designs on microservices clusters and Java execution paths.
• Monitor usage analytics to iteratively enhance experiences and reduce error rates.

What we're looking for

• Possess eight to twelve years of progressive experience in digital product or experience design with strong involvement in complex technical ecosystems and secure service delivery.
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise in network security testing, including designing experience flows for authentication, authorization, encryption, and vulnerability remediation.
• Show solid proficiency in working with microservices-based architectures, including service orchestration, versioning, and resilience patterns.
• Apply advanced Java skills to collaborate with backend teams and ensure interface behaviors align with designed interaction models.
• Exhibit awareness of fund accounting processes as a beneficial domain capability (preferred).
• Display strong communication and documentation abilities to express complex technical concepts to distributed stakeholders.
• Maintain a structured approach to problem solving and decision making using data experimentation and collaborative feedback.
• Certified Ethical Hacker or equivalent security certification and Java professional certification (preferred).
