What we're looking for

4-7 years of experience in quality assurance, reliability, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9000 series standards.
Proficiency in Agile Methodology, Continuous Improvement Process, and Root Cause Analysis.
Experience with Corrective And Preventive Action (CAPA), Test Automation, and Data Analysis.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor less-experienced staff.
