Access & Identity Management Engineer, Associate

What you'll do

• Manage user and non-human account access across Microsoft Azure and AWS environments.
• Create and maintain roles, permissions, and entitlements for various business units.
• Perform proactive governance by reviewing stale access and managing secret rotations.
• Develop automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines using Python, PowerShell, and Terraform.
• Implement IAM infrastructure and capabilities in Azure, AWS, and GCP public clouds.
• Manage Azure RBAC role assignments through Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Define and implement IAM security architecture improvements based on emerging technologies.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend solutions to improve IAM process efficiencies.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience in the IT field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Access and Identity Management.
• 2 to 4 years of extensive experience working with IAM within Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments.
• Hands-on experience managing user access via Privileged Identity Management (PIM) in Microsoft Azure and using AWS CLI, policies, and roles.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python scripting for task automation and infrastructure deployment.
• Experience utilizing Terraform and CI/CD pipelines to implement IAM configurations across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Solid grasp of cloud security governance practices and experience working in a highly regulated and audited Information Security environment.
• Ability to train team members on Cloud IAM topics and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
