What you'll do

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from initial ideation through implementation, launch, and post-launch stabilization.
• Facilitate program forums with senior stakeholders to drive decisions, remove obstacles, and ensure clear accountability.
• Establish and manage launch governance, including milestones, entry/exit criteria, cutover planning, and hypercare.
• Drive program-level roadmap execution while identifying and managing cross-program dependencies and delivery risks.
• Provide executive-ready reporting on program status, including issues, risks, decisions, and key metrics.
• Maintain area roadmaps and coordinate functional inputs to ensure strong change-control hygiene.
• Design and improve PMO practices and operating-model integration to accelerate the delivery of strategic priorities.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of project/program management experience delivering business value through product/platform solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and hold collaborators accountable.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills in a cross-functional, matrix environment.
• Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change management activities while managing competing priorities.
• Ability to drive and collaborate in solutioning complex problems, including framing problem statements and aligning on decisions.
• Prior product/platform experience in the context of investment management (asset / wealth management) product solutions (preferred).
• Experience with Agile software development lifecycle and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, Asana, or MS Project (preferred).
