What you'll do

  • Identify and develop high-value manufacturing applications suitable for HP MJF technology.
  • Provide DfAM guidance and redesign recommendations to optimize parts for additive manufacturing.
  • Advise customers on material selection, process capability, and performance requirements.
  • Transition customer projects from initial prototypes into scalable, production-ready manufacturing solutions.
  • Conduct cost-per-part and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses for industrial applications.
  • Troubleshoot printing, dimensional, and mechanical performance issues to ensure consistency.
  • Support sales teams by leading technical evaluations and proof-of-concept projects.
  • Develop customer success stories and technical content to influence product roadmaps.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Additive Manufacturing, Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
  • Experience with Powder Bed Fusion technologies (MJF, SLS, or equivalent preferred).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production economics, and industrial workflows.
  • Proficiency with CAD software and additive manufacturing preparation tools.
  • Experience with customer-facing technical engagements.
  • Knowledge of polymer additive manufacturing materials including PA12, PA11, TPU, and specialty materials (preferred).
  • Experience scaling additive manufacturing into production environments (preferred).
