JOB TITLE: 2027 Intern - SoC Digital Engineer The SoC Digital Engineer Intern will join the IC Engineering team to develop the digital portion of mixed signal ICs for high-reliability public safety communications systems. Working with CMOS technologies, the intern will help conceive, design, and implement RF and analog circuits and subsystems using robust design methodologies for SoC system integration. Daily tasks involve digital FPGA or ASIC specification, design, verification, physical implementation, silicon bring-up, and debug. The role requires coding in RTL and working with DSP hardware or algorithms. Candidates should possess experience with Verilog-A, Verilog-AMS, SystemVerilog, and Universal Verification Methodology. Proficiency in shell and scripting languages like Python, Perl, and TCL is expected. Familiarity with Cadence digital design tools and Labview for silicon validation is also considered an asset.
