TL;DR · Vice President, Product Manager, Equity Administration Platform

As a Product Manager, Vice President, you will join the Workplace Solutions team to own capabilities within the equity administration platform, specifically focusing on equity and purchase plans, order processing, and finalization. You will define roadmaps, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and partner with engineering and design to build features for stock plan administrators. Your daily work involves collaborating with operations, implementation, and compliance teams to translate pain points into product changes while triaging production issues. You must understand backend data models for grants, vesting, tax withholding, and integrations with HRIS, payroll, and brokerage systems. Required skills include SQL, experience with RSU, RSA, option, ESPP, and PSU plans, and a deep understanding of vesting schedules and transaction tracing within a US equity administration platform.

What you'll do

  • Own the product roadmap and requirements for equity and purchase plan capabilities.
  • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge-case documentation for engineering teams.
  • Partner with engineering on design decisions, trade-offs, and release scope during sprint planning.
  • Translate administrator pain points from operations and compliance into specific product changes.
  • Triage production issues by reproducing problems and prioritizing fixes based on client impact.
  • Analyze backend data models for grants, transactions, vesting logic, and HRIS integrations.
  • Support client demos, RFP responses, and release communications.
  • Track competitor capabilities and provide findings to inform product prioritization.

What we're looking for

  • 10–15 years of total experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in equity compensation with hands-on work at a US equity administration platform.
  • Working knowledge of plan types (RSU, RSA, option, ESPP, PSU) and their mechanics.
  • Comfort reading data structures, tracing transactions end to end, and writing or reading SQL.
  • Strong written communication skills for specs, defect writeups, and stakeholder updates.
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional agile teams.
  • Engineering or technical background, including a degree or prior experience in software engineering, computer science, or IT (preferred).
  • Experience with platform migrations, client implementations, global equity administration, or a financial services/fintech background (preferred).
