As a Wireless SOC FW Engineer, you will join the wireless silicon development team to focus on hardware and system bring-up, drivers, network stacks, and supporting internal teams within the wireless SoC group. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing embedded software for System on a Chip bring up and test while collaborating with product software teams to provide system-level APIs and firmware functionality. Your daily work involves developing features for wireless protocol stacks, device drivers, and diagnostics, as well as assisting with initial chip and product bring-up efforts. The role requires expertise in C, assembly, ARM CPUs, RTOS, and scripting languages like Python, Perl, or Tcl. You will address technical challenges involving power optimization and industry standards such as Bluetooth, WLAN, and UWB at the MAC/PHY level to ensure functional wireless products.
