What you'll do

  • Administer and manage advanced Windows Server environments and Microsoft enterprise services.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues affecting servers, applications, and operating systems.
  • Perform performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization for system reliability.
  • Implement Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs) and Information Assurance Vulnerability Bulletins (IAVBs).
  • Install, configure, secure, and maintain SQL databases to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage enterprise infrastructure including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft Exchange services.
  • Maintain secure, resilient Windows infrastructure environments to support global operations.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience.
  • Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Must hold an active CompTIA Security+ certification.
  • Must have an active Windows Server operating system certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
  • Extensive experience managing enterprise Windows environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, Remote Desktop Services, VMware, Omnissa, and desktop management.
  • Experience installing, configuring, and administering SQL databases.
