What we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
Approximately 10+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, AI engineering, or related technical roles.
Demonstrable hands-on experience in AI application development, including LLMs, Generative AI APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and RAG architectures.
Strong proficiency in Python for building production-grade applications, services, and integrations.
Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and modern web technologies such as React, Next.js, or Node.js.
Experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-based application deployment.
Experience with enterprise CMS, marketing technology platforms, or digital experience platforms (preferred).
Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks, vector databases, and cloud AI services on AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).
