Associate Wealth Management, Digital Product - Becoming a Client

What you'll do

• Define and drive the roadmap for a unified onboarding journey across advisors, clients, and operations.
• Map end-to-end workflows to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for process simplification.
• Develop requirements and create product artifacts like user stories, journey maps, and wireframe briefs.
• Integrate AI and emerging technologies into onboarding processes, including intelligent document processing and advisor copilots.
• Build rapid prototypes using AI tools to validate concepts and communicate intent to engineering partners.
• Define success metrics and use data to measure adoption, efficiency gains, and experience quality.
• Facilitate alignment between business, technology, and operations leadership to deliver scalable digital solutions.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in product management, digital strategy, or a related discipline within financial services.
• Strong interest and active exploration of how AI/ML, LLMs, and automation can improve workflows and client experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for both data analysis and storytelling.
• Experience translating ambiguous problems into structured plans and actionable deliverables.
• Familiarity with onboarding, KYC/AML, or account-opening processes in wealth management or banking.
• Previous experience as a member of a Private Bank advisory team (preferred).
• Experience with design thinking, journey mapping, UX research, AI tools, or Agile/Scrum environments (preferred).
