VP, Technology Head of Delivery

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end technology delivery across multiple platforms and vendor ecosystems.
• Ensure operational reliability for mission-critical systems within a regulated financial environment.
• Manage complex integrations and third-party dependencies to ensure predictable delivery performance.
• Lead major incident management and recovery efforts while implementing systemic improvements for stability.
• Drive engineering excellence through SDLC, DevOps, and AI-enabled development practices.
• Align technology execution with strategic priorities, regulatory requirements, and cost optimization goals.
• Manage large-scale vendor ecosystems and oversee technology investments to drive business value.

What we're looking for

• Must have over 20 years of leadership experience delivering large-scale technology programs in complex, regulated environments.
• Must have extensive experience operating mission-critical technology platforms within banking, capital markets, or other highly regulated environments.
• Must possess technical expertise in system integration, distributed architectures, cloud, data, security, and operations.
• Must have proven leadership in managing large-scale vendor ecosystems and modern engineering practices like SDLC and DevOps.
• Must be able to manage complex integrations, third-party dependencies, and major incident management for high-risk situations.
• Must possess an indefinite right to work in the United States.
• Understanding of financial services operations, regulatory requirements, risk management, and performance engineering (preferred).
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams and influence executive, client, and regulatory audiences (preferred).
