What we're looking for

  • 10 to 15 years of software development and architecture experience
  • At least 8 years of management experience with 5+ years managing people managers
  • Proven experience in Agile development methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of Java (backend) and Angular (frontend)
  • Experience in AWS and Azure hosting environments, MS SQL
  • Deep expertise in specialty commercial insurance and casualty business
  • Ability to manage department budgets and prepare financial analyses
