What you'll do

Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple production facilities to ensure consistent quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Manage the production portfolio by balancing investment, capacity, and talent allocation across various product lines.
Lead new product introduction efforts in partnership with R&D, sales, and engineering teams to build new production lines.
Define division-level production strategies including facility footprint decisions, make-vs-buy analyses, and capital deployment planning.
Establish an operational excellence framework using lean manufacturing or Six Sigma to improve yields and reduce costs.
Monitor key performance indicators across safety, quality, delivery, schedule, and cost for all production sites.
Develop a high-performing production organization through talent development and a culture of accountability.
Manage capital planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for production functions across the division.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
7-10 years of experience in a senior or executive role overseeing organizations of 500+ employees.
Proven track record of leading large, complex manufacturing operations across multiple sites and scaling international operations.
Experience managing simultaneous product ramps across multiple facilities.
Expertise across production planning, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, operations, and quality.
Demonstrated ability to scale an operational excellence framework using lean manufacturing or Six Sigma.
Experience managing large budgets in the hundreds of millions of dollars and capital programs with direct P&L ownership.
