  • Over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • At least 7 years of Managed Care operations experience
  • Proven track record managing large, cross-functional product teams
  • Extensive experience in budget management and capacity modeling
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic clinical plans
  • Experience leading high-priority, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong background in performance analytics and data-driven decision-making
