What you'll do

• Define and drive secure identity architecture providing cross-cutting designs, patterns, standards, and guidelines.
• Manage identity lifecycles and access governance for workforce users, customers, service accounts, APIs, and AI agents.
• Develop enterprise identifier strategies and authoritative source patterns to support consistent identity management across platforms.
• Create security architecture patterns and governance controls for machine identities, workloads, and autonomous systems.
• Conduct identity threat models and risk assessments for high-risk platforms, privileged workflows, and cloud environments.
• Map identity-related security control requirements to regulatory, audit, and internal policy expectations.
• Provide roadmap input for IAM, PAM, IGA, CIAM, secrets management, and cloud entitlement management capabilities.
• Build proofs of concept and deliver pragmatic, end-to-end solutions with clear adoption and migration plans.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in architecting distributed systems and applications.
• Expertise in enterprise identity strategy and architecture for workforce, customer, partner, machine, and AI-agent identities.
• Experience defining enterprise identifier, identity-sharing, and authoritative source strategies across platforms and business domains.
• Experience with security architecture patterns and governance controls for AI agents, machine identities, service accounts, and APIs.
• Ability to perform identity threat models and risk assessments for high-risk platforms, privileged workflows, and cloud environments.
• Ability to translate business objectives into cohesive technical and security architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
• Proven leadership in defining security strategies, guiding engineering teams, and driving enterprise adoption.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect (preferred).
