  • Oversee service introduction for new network capabilities and infrastructure enhancements.
  • Lead root cause analysis to identify and implement technology, training, or process remediations.
  • Drive technology lifecycle management and vulnerability management following industry best practices.
  • Manage infrastructure automation using tools such as Python and Ansible.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise operations and IT networking field.
  • Experience operating and supporting large-scale multivendor network environments.
  • Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and observability.
  • Experience with technology lifecycle management, vulnerability management, and industry best practices.
  • Experience with enterprise IT service management platforms and ITIL.
  • Experience with Lean / Agile based technology delivery teams.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based networking technologies.
  • Experience with IP networking (LAN/WAN, SDWAN, MPLS), network security, traffic management, DDI, proxies, infrastructure automation (Python, Ansible), and network monitoring tools.
