What you'll do

Support new clients in onboarding to Aladdin’s data and analytics platform.
Serve as a liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and business teams for data solutions.
Manage data workstreams including scope definition, requirements gathering, and milestone tracking.
Source and reconcile investment data from external parties like asset managers and custodians.
Investigate and resolve complex data issues on large datasets under tight deadlines.
Educate clients on Aladdin’s data conventions and workflows through training and documentation.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in investment or data technology roles.
Strong understanding of investment data and analytics, including fixed income concepts.
Experience with market/external data providers like Bloomberg and Reuters/LSEG.
Proficient in Excel and Python for large-scale data reconciliation and analysis.
Proven ability to manage complex data projects under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients.
