What you'll do

  • Own the development and integration of vehicle systems for maritime products.
  • Manage schedule, execution, and budget for vehicle system across product generations.
  • Provide technical leadership and ensure compliance with design principles.
  • Represent vehicle system in leadership meetings and customer interfacing sessions.
  • Interface directly with Chief Engineer and other system leads on technical challenges.
  • Drive platform level trade studies to inform generational architectural updates.
  • Mentor senior engineers towards platform level leadership roles.
