- Secure durable agreements with BOM leaders, TEDs, suppliers, and Program Teams to keep the program on track.

- 5+ years experience as a Design Release Engineer in Body Structures or Closures.
- Deep technical knowledge of sheet metal components and vehicle-level integration.

- Strong track record in structured problem solving, risk management, and execution.
- Experience managing program scope, timelines, budgets, and milestones.
