  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, system architecture, and hardware-software integration.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences and facilitate difficult trade-off discussions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, building alignment across multiple functional teams.
  • Direct experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, or unmanned systems preferred.
