Veeva Vault Technical Consultant

What you'll do

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Veeva Vault Promomats solutions for content lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain Vault Platform configurations including data models, workflows, metadata, and security settings.
• Execute end-to-end migration activities including data mapping, transformation, validation, and deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and support teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Drive solution development, testing, deployment, and production support to improve platform reliability and scalability.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions by analyzing processes with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and conduct root cause analysis to implement sustainable solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation including design specifications, migration strategies, and release notes.

What we're looking for

• Strong experience in Veeva Vault technologies, specifically Veeva Vault Promomats, Vault Platform, Vault Migrations, and Vault CRM.
• Experience designing, configuring, and implementing Veeva Vault solutions for regulated business processes.
• Strong experience with Vault Platform configuration, including data models, workflows, metadata structures, security models, and integrations.
• Proven experience executing end-to-end Veeva Vault migration projects, including data mapping, transformation, validation, testing, and deployment.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience supporting solution development, testing, deployment, production support, and issue resolution.
• Strong understanding of governance, security controls, validation processes, and compliance-oriented system configurations.
• Experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and guiding solution design and delivery.
