What you'll do

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for features within the Vault Clinical Operations suite from concept to release.
Gather business requirements and understand clinical workflows by engaging with customers, domain experts, and internal stakeholders.
Author detailed feature specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Engineering, QA, and UX teams.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog by balancing customer requests with strategic initiatives.
Serve as an application expert by providing documentation and product demonstrations to internal sales and support teams.
Track key usage metrics to evaluate feature performance and inform data-driven product decisions.
Ensure all products remain aligned with regulatory guidelines and industry updates for clinical trial management.

What we're looking for

Must have 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B enterprise SaaS applications.
Proven track record of managing product features through the development lifecycle to successful launch.
Experience working within an agile software development environment.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to articulate clear product requirements.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to travel up to 15% for customer research and internal events.
Domain knowledge in clinical operations (e.g., eTMF, CTMS, SSU, or CDMS) from pharma, biotech, CRO, or life sciences technology vendor (preferred).
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., GCP, 21 CFR Part 11) and familiarity with the Veeva Vault Platform (preferred).
