What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 4 years of experience.
Or, have 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 2 years of experience (preferred).
Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation.
Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping.
Experience driving full software development lifecycle activities including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
Demonstrated technical leadership and mentorship skills to guide engineering teams and influence architectural decisions.
Strong experience in building high-performance, scalable, and secure Java and JavaScript applications.
