What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 4 years of software engineering experience.
Possess 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Demonstrate proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation.
Show strong experience in software development lifecycle management, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
Exhibit proficiency in API design, software prototyping, and applying software design patterns for secure, modular, and maintainable solutions.
Demonstrate the ability to lead technical design reviews and remedial actions to uphold architectural standards.
Possess skills in DevOps engineering practices to enhance developer productivity and platform tooling.
Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction to promote engineering excellence (preferred).
