What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 4 years of software engineering experience.
Alternatively, possess 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Demonstrate proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation.
Show strong proficiency in Java programming and software design patterns to develop secure, maintainable, and modular solutions.
Experience leading full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and system observability.
Demonstrate skills in API design, software prototyping, and DevOps engineering to enhance developer productivity.
Possess the ability to conduct thorough design reviews and apply data-driven decision making to optimize platform development.
Master’s degree in a related field and 2 years of experience (preferred); knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards and digital accessibility (preferred).
