What you'll do

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 4 years of software engineering experience.
Alternatively, at least 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Expertise in cloud-native architecture including microservices, containers, and automation for scalable systems.
Proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver maintainable solutions.
Experience managing the full software development lifecycle including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
Ability to integrate AI/ML components and develop intelligent automation using JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++.
Demonstrated technical leadership skills for mentoring engineers and making architectural decisions.
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies is preferred.
