What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 4 years of software engineering experience.
Must have 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to build scalable and resilient systems.
Strong proficiency in software design patterns, front-end and back-end development, API design, and software prototyping.
Experience leading full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
Ability to mentor and coach engineers to foster technical growth and promote engineering excellence.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related area and 2 years of experience (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
