What we're looking for

Must be proficient in Python programming and have experience with data pipelines.
Must have a strong understanding of data strategy, including data quality, governance, and scalable data storage solutions.
Must be able to assess, validate, and tune models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
Must be skilled in deploying and monitoring models in production environments with continuous performance evaluation.
Must have effective communication skills to present data insights and guide junior team members.
