What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years of analytics experience, a Master's degree and 2 years of experience, or 6 years of experience.
Must have strong expertise in NLP, large language models, generative and multimodal AI, and agentic system design.
Must have solid Python and large-scale data experience.
Must be able to independently drive complex AI initiatives from requirements through production.
Must have the ability to build, validate, test, and deploy language models combined with different machine learning techniques.
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functional teams.
PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Econometrics (preferred).
Successful completion of assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R (preferred).
