What you'll do

Build and integrate AI-powered agents, workflows, and automation systems using modern GenAI frameworks and APIs.
Design, develop, and maintain high-scale backend services, REST APIs, and automation pipelines.
Create scripts and tools to improve engineering efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Ensure backend systems meet specific availability, scalability, performance, and security requirements.
Integrate telemetry, monitoring, and CI/CD best practices into all backend services.
Build and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks for backend, web, and native mobile platforms.
Write and automate test plans, test cases, and regression suites for large-scale eCommerce applications.
Troubleshoot automation failures and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
5+ years of experience in backend engineering, automation, or quality engineering.
Strong experience with Node.js, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, distributed systems, and backend automation.
Experience with mobile/web automation frameworks such as Appium, TestCafe, XCUI Test, or Espresso.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and experience building GenAI-powered applications (preferred).
