As a Senior Software Engineer on the AdTech team, you will lead the delivery of scalable, secure software solutions for consumer-facing web and mobile applications. You will manage the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment, while integrating AI/ML components and generative AI tools to enhance platform capabilities. Your daily responsibilities include writing clean code, building high-performance test frameworks for 1P Sellers and 3P Suppliers, and managing CI/CD pipelines. You will utilize technologies such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Spring, Node, React, Angular, Selenium, JUnit, TESTNG, Jenkins, and Shell Scripting. You will also work with REST and GraphQL services to solve complex business problems, ensure software availability, and maintain high-quality standards for various products across Walmart.com and Walmart stores.

What we're looking for
Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 3 years of experience in software engineering.
Possess 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Experience with Selenium Automation Framework, JUnit, and TESTNG Framework.
Experience with Mobile Automation Framework and creating Jenkins Jobs.
Experience with Shell Scripting and version control practices.
Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment, and integrating with scalable back-end services like REST or GraphQL.
Expertise in unit testing, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and functional, integration, and E2E testing tools.
Master’s degree in a related field and 1 year of experience in software engineering (preferred).
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
