Option 2: 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
8–10+ years of experience in software engineering with strong exposure to production support / SRE / DevOps environments.
Proven experience supporting high-scale, customer-facing applications, preferably in eCommerce or fulfillment domains (preferred).
Hands-on expertise in incident management, RCA, and production troubleshooting.
Strong coding skills with the ability to debug and fix issues at source code level.
Strong programming skills in Java (preferred) or Python.
