As a Senior Manager, Data Science - Supply Chain Strategy, you will join the Internalized Parcel Network Design & Strategy team to design the future of the end-to-end parcel network. You will develop advanced optimization, simulation, and analytical models to determine how customer orders flow across fulfillment centers, sort centers, hubs, stores, and last-mile assets. Your daily work involves building scalable modeling frameworks, integrating multiple parcel flows into a unified network view, and evaluating tradeoffs across speed, capacity, transportation cost, real estate, and capital. You will use Python, SQL, and AI to translate complex outputs into strategic recommendations. Key technical requirements include experience in machine learning, advanced statistical methods, and proficiency with data visualization tools to support long-range network strategy and investment decisions.

Option 3: 7 years of experience in an analytics or related field.
Extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and advanced statistical methods to develop and validate complex models.
Proficiency in Python and SQL for coding, testing, and deploying scalable data solutions.
Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques to communicate insights to business and technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and guiding technical development in a collaborative environment.
PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, IT, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Econometrics (preferred).
