What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 5 years of software engineering experience.
Alternatively, possess 7 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 3 years of software engineering experience (preferred).
Extensive experience leading platform engineering initiatives, delivering scalable, cloud-native architectures, and reusable tooling.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing distributed systems optimized for real-time data processing and AI/ML integration.
Strong proficiency in software development lifecycle management, including CI/CD pipelines, testing, monitoring, and incident response.
Demonstrated ability to apply model-driven design and leverage AI agents for enhanced software solutions.
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
