What you'll do

  • Directs HVAC&R, plumbing, electrical maintenance operations by evaluating equipment needs and adjusting systems for efficiency.
  • Oversees execution of sustainability initiatives to meet EPA compliance programs and provide technical training.
  • Manages complex projects by determining work assignment priority, supervising progress, and ensuring project completion.
  • Ensures business needs are met by evaluating current plans, consulting with stakeholders, and supporting community outreach events.
  • Maintains project oversight by managing costs, monitoring status of work, and preparing labor and material cost estimates.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local HVAC&R industry laws, regulations, and guidelines through inspections.

What we're looking for

  • Licensed Master Plumber or equivalent experience in facilities management.
  • 3+ years of experience in construction management, electrical maintenance, engineering, or related field.
  • EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Master Electrician License or equivalent state certification.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and supervising staff.
  • Type I and II EPA certifications for refrigerant handling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
