What we're looking for
7+ years of experience in engineering or related field
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial or related field)
3+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience
Practical knowledge of PLC-based systems and conveyor + ASRS environments
Experience with CMMS-driven preventive/predictive maintenance and asset criticality planning
Strong background in OSHA, LOTO, machine guarding, and electrical safety
Hands-on experience with multi-temperature distribution centers and HVAC/refrigeration systems
