  • Win requirements & programs of record by positioning 3M’s capabilities into funded programs.
  • Build demand before requirements are defined, engaging federal labs and innovation ecosystems.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable internal strategies for cross-functional teams.
  • Manage a disciplined opportunity pipeline in Salesforce CRM for organizational visibility.
  • Deliver compelling executive-level briefings to senior stakeholders on strategic engagement plans.

What we're looking for

  • Seven or more years of experience working with key U.S. Army organizations
  • Five or more years advising on materials, technology, and capabilities for U.S. Army systems
  • Current relationships within the U.S. Army User, requirements, acquisition, or science and technology community
  • Ability to obtain and hold a DoD Security Clearance (Active Secret preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to shape requirements and achieve design-wins in funded competitions
  • Experience orchestrating across functions in a highly matrixed environment
  • Proven leader with success in business development, sales, and achieving results
