What we're looking for

Seven or more years of experience working with key U.S. Army organizations
Five or more years advising on materials, technology, and capabilities for U.S. Army systems
Current relationships within the U.S. Army User, requirements, acquisition, or science and technology community
Ability to obtain and hold a DoD Security Clearance (Active Secret preferred)
Demonstrated ability to shape requirements and achieve design-wins in funded competitions
Experience orchestrating across functions in a highly matrixed environment
Proven leader with success in business development, sales, and achieving results
