What you'll do

Lead the fielding and delivery of NGC2 for Army formations.
Manage near-term product roadmap based on exercise requirements and opportunities.
Surface user feedback and feature improvements to inform product development.
Validate delivered solutions through operational exercises and end-user testing.
Enforce accountability for technical delivery across NGC2 customers.
Serve as delivery leadership during major exercise events, coordinating with teams.

What we're looking for

Proven leadership in managing complex programs and teams, preferably in defense or tech space.
Understanding of U.S. military operations, doctrines, and multi-domain environments.
Strong strategic, tactical, and program oversight skills with cross-functional team experience.
Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills for customer engagement.
Willingness to travel extensively (25-50%) for field engagements and exercises.
Experience in Defense Technology Product/Program Management or similar roles preferred.
Familiarity with Army intelligence, operational planning, targeting, and fires systems.
