What you'll do

  • Develop and execute a product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial discovery and ideation to successful launch.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Define and track key success metrics including cost, risk posture, reliability, and feature functionality.
  • Translate complex risk signals and technical constraints into clear product requirements for engineering teams.
  • Design and build advanced detection and risk systems for human and agentic identity verification.
  • Conduct market research and discovery to identify customer needs and integrate them into the roadmap.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to implement scalable solutions in real-world workflows.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
