What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field is desired, or equivalent technical experience plus demonstrated competence.
6+ years of significant engineering and/or operational experience are desired (post-graduate education may contribute toward this).
Demonstrated competency within a specific discipline with strong technical knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures.
Ability to analyze complex problems involving multiple competing factors and determine appropriate actions using professional judgment.
Proven ability to interact with diverse groups and communicate perspectives tactfully in oral, written, and presentation formats.
Strong interpersonal skills to negotiate and reconcile differences in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Demonstrated competency with financial systems and fiscal control.
Technical background in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biologics, or similar industries (preferred).
