What you'll do

Lead the project engineering sub-team for large-scale strategic capital projects.
Drive project schedules, execution, risk management, and reporting for the engineering team.

Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining controls for cost, scope, and schedule.
Design and lead complex experiments to develop solutions for novel or complex technical problems.
Analyze market trends and regulatory requirements to recommend strategic responses for products and processes.
Act as the primary technical contact on contracts and serve as a subject matter expert.
Mentor team members by sharing technical expertise and providing guidance on engineering methodologies.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field is desired.
A post-graduate degree is desired and may contribute toward the required experience.
Desired 8+ years of significant engineering and/or operational experience.
Proven track record of technical contributions and accomplishments in product or process development.
Strong technical knowledge to solve problems involving multiple competing factors and complex data analysis.
Demonstrated competency with financial systems and fiscal control.
Preferred technical background in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biologics industries.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse groups and negotiate differences in a fast-paced environment.
