As a Traffic Modeling System Engineer for Missile Tracking, you will join a cross-functional team to develop and deploy ground operational systems for the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture. You will be responsible for designing traffic data models, decomposing requirements into modeled traffic flows from satellite constellations to ground networks, and performing analysis of missile tracking data to validate these models. Your daily work involves managing satellite services, scheduling, and identifying opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement. The role requires expertise in modeling communication data, satellite-to-ground RF communication protocols, end-to-end packet prioritization, and routing. Additional technical competencies include sensor fusion techniques, cloud technologies, and image processing.
